Giveaway Terms and Conditions

 

Eligibility

Participants must be aged 18 years or older and residents of the UK. They must follow our* Instagram account and leave a comment on the eligible post to enter.

Entry Method

Participants can enter the giveaway by commenting at least 1 (one) time on the eligible post and following the Breathe Right Instagram account. Multiple entries per person are allowed.

Prize Details

Three winners will receive a Breathe Right Sleep Package, including a box of nasal strips, an eye mask, Loop earplugs, sachet of Pukka tea and a pillow spray. This giveaway prize is not in association with any of the other branded items.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway starts on April 1st, and ends on April 11th 2025. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.

Winner Selection

Three winners will be selected at random and notified via direct message on Instagram. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize; otherwise, a new winner will be chosen. Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of winner confirmation, subject to postage times.

Data Privacy

All personal data collected will be used exclusively for administering the giveaway and delivering prizes. Data will be securely stored and not shared with third parties. Data will be deleted upon completion of the giveaway. We ensure GDPR compliance.

Agreement to Terms

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Disqualification may occur for anyone found violating these terms.

Promotion Rules

The giveaway excludes employees of our company, their immediate families, and anyone connected with the competition’s organization.

The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition due to technical failures or factors outside of our control.

Any attempt to interfere with the entry process or violate these terms will result in disqualification.
